Lexi Hawks

Lexi Hawks has spent over 18 years teaching yoga and guiding people toward deeper self-awareness, evolving from studio teacher to Holistic Health + Wellbeing Coach along the way. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah, earned her E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certification in 2012, and has logged more than 10,000 hours teaching and training in Vedic meditation, mindfulness, anatomy and physiology, asana, pranayama, ayurveda,
and non-violent communication.

For eight years, Lexi owned and ran Longwave Yoga in Wilmington, NC, where she built original workshops, teacher trainings, and mentorship programs — certifying yoga teachers at the 200-, 300-, and 500-hour levels across the U.S. and abroad. Today, from her home base in Conway, Massachusetts, she leads a weekly online membership class, a small, closely mentored yoga teacher training group, and international retreats designed as immersive journeys inward. Lexi believes travel and ritual are some of the most powerful catalysts for transformation – stepping outside daily routines to meet ourselves, and each other, more fully. On this retreat in Peru, she’ll guide you through movement, breath, and stillness practices woven together with the wisdom of place, creating space for the kind of shift that lingers long after you’ve come home.

“Yoga is a gift to be celebrated and shared! Every moment, on and off the mat, is another opportunity to cultivate clarity and connection”
