Deepen Your Practice
with Paradise Taylor
September 28 – October 5, 2025
Join Paradise Taylor for a journey where time slows down, inviting you to rejuvenate in the heart of the Aegean. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and charm of an unspoiled ecological retreat, where every swim, stroll, and moment of contemplation becomes an opportunity for self-reflection amidst the healing waters at your doorstep.
Crafted in harmony with nature, your eco-retreat sanctuary for the week offers more than just refining your asana practice. Delve deeper into the essence of yoga philosophy, and acquire tools and techniques to seamlessly integrate yoga into your daily life. Live in harmony with the land and sea, relish in nourishing meals, and embrace the invitation to disconnect from the digital world.
Nestled within the crystal blue waters of the Aegean, the Cycladic Island of Paros beckons with its pristine beaches and picturesque traditional villages. Less crowded than its renowned neighbors, Santorini and Mykonos, Paros promises an idyllic setting for our retreat.
Indulge in morning and afternoon yoga sessions, indulge in refreshing swims in the sea, explore the enchanting village of Naoussa, and immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythm of Greek island life. Plus, anticipate an special boat excursion curated for our group, adding an extra touch of adventure to our unforgettable experience!
We have only 14 available rooms for this week. Please reserve early.
Our retreat center on tranquil Paros island sits on the relatively untouched seaside of Santa Maria. The closeness to nature in its rawness and purity creates deeply nourishing conditions for your healing, rejuvenation and self reflection.
Accommodations are simple and rustic, inspired by the elements and the muses of Greek Mythology, the rooms are open, naturally lit and purposefully minimal to simplify your experience on retreat. Most of the rooms face the seaside and are a stone’s throw away from Filizi beach, with unencumbered access to the crystal waters of the Aegean Sea. Perfect for a sunrise dip!
Rooms have ceiling fans, private bathrooms, towels, linens, a water kettle and small fridge. Wifi is available on the property for your convenience, but we encourage as much “unplugging” as possible!
Organic gardens supply the majority of ingredients to the on site vegetarian restaurant. Other ingredients are sourced locally (on Paros, or wider-Greece) with a low carbon footprint in mind. Meals are prepared based on ancient Ayurvedic principles, emphasizing wellbeing, balance and bliss in the body. Each meal, you’ll be offered a variety of plant-based dishes, fusing exotic Indian flavours with the tastes and character of traditional Greek cuisine.
The kitchen takes great pride in creating meals with complete taste profiles that tantalize the taste buds and leave the body and soul satiated, nourished and energized.
For something extra, the kitchen is available to serve you in between meals, with juices and smoothies, and a selection of healthy snacks and salads available for order throughout the day.
Daily yoga classes will be offered (morning and afternoon) in one of two beautifully appointed yoga shalas. (Shala’s do have the option of air conditioning as needed)

Travel, Additional Information & FAQ’s
Your retreat starts on Sunday. We’ll collect your travel plans and coordinate with the center to arrange some taxi shares to the center. (On small islands, there are no credit card machines on taxi’s, so please plan to have some Euro for these short jaunts!)
We anticipate that many of you will extend your travels before or after the retreat – adding some time in Athens or on other islands. We anticipate everyone’s main international flights will be to Athens, then hopping a short flight directly to Paros from Athens (available on Aegean Air and SkyExpress). Baserd on timing of flights, it may be necessary to add a night in Athems on the front and / or back end.
Another option to get to Paros from Athens or other Greek islands is by ferry. The ferry is 4.5 hours from Athens, but much closer if you’re coming from another island.
For ferry tickets and information visit:

The retreat ends with breakfast on the following Sunday. We’re happy to arrange taxi shares to the port or airport.
We’ve scheduled this retreat in October to have the best of all worlds … you’re just AFTER high tourism season (and the hottest part of the summer). Pleasant temperatures arrive in October (typically 60-70F) while the Sea stays comfortable for swimming.
What to pack (generally!):
- Valid Passport (ensure that it does not expire within 6 months of your travel)
- Comfortable walking / hiking shoes as well as all purpose footwear like sandals, running shoes, etc.
- A bathing suit (or 2!), comfortable island clothing, light layers, yoga clothes. Laundry facilities are not available, but you can hand wash and hang to dry.
- A light wind and rain breaker (just in case, and for warmth if it cools at night)
- Refillable Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
- Adapters for electronics
- Other suggestions – consider water shoes if you have sensitive feet, some beaches are pebbles / rocky. Goggles if you like swimming. Swim shirt if you’re sensitive to sun or just like extra warmth. A waterproof bag for your phone that you can take into or near water.
