with Suzanne McCahill-Perrine
February 13 – 20, 2027
Embark on a journey to restore your body and soul in the nourishing haven of Playa Chacala on the Pacific Ocean with Suzanne McCahill-Perrine. Nestled in the pristine beauty of Riviera Nayarit, this picturesque bay boasts golden sands, swaying coconut trees, and lush tropical jungles. Each day, as you are embraced by the sounds of the ocean waves, enjoy in-depth Yoga practices to help awaken and unfold the heart as well as enjoy plenty of empty time to move with your own inner rhythms.
Suzanne will guide you through daily practices that will provide explorations in personal embodiment, reflections on living life to its fullest, and support in restorative practices for self-healing. Life can often feel over-full and therefore overwhelming, creating stressors that keep us from slowing down and receiving the beauty of daily life. When we step away from our habitual lives we are given the opportunity to reset the nervous system, reignite our passion for life, and give the body, mind, and spirit time to deeply rest.
Experience renewal, inspiration, and the joy of community on this unforgettable retreat.
“Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.” Thomas Merton
At Mar de Jade, you’ll be situated at the foothills of a tropical jungle, nestled between the mountains and the warm shores of the Pacific Ocean. Each morning you’ll awaken to the luxury of ocean air and bird sounds…. and you’ll feel your biorhythms readjusting to the swish of gently lapping ocean waves. Indulge your senses and invigorate your soul in this luxurious haven, where every moment is an opportunity for profound renewal and restoration.
Amidst the serenity of this tranquil paradise, take time to reconnect with yourself, nourish your body with wholesome cuisine, and replenish your spirit through moments of reflection and introspection. Whether strolling along the shoreline at sunset, indulging in spa treatments amidst the sounds of nature, or simply basking in the beauty of your surroundings, let each experience deepen your connection to the essence of self-discovery and well-being.
Nourish yourself each day with meals that are carefully and lovingly prepared from fresh produce provided by a local 17-acre organic farm. Meals are served buffet-style during specific meal hours, including many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The kitchen makes chicken, fish, and seafood dishes, but no pork or beef, only sparingly purchasing ingredients that do not grow locally.
Your stay will be an opportunity to unplug if you choose. Free wifi is available in the common areas, but not, generally, in guest rooms.
