Suzanne McCahill Perrine
Suzanne McCahill-Perrine, E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Certified Yoga Health Coach, began teaching Yoga in 2005. Inspired to connect to others in her community and spread the joy and healing potential of yoga, she opened The Center Yoga studio. After years of study in the Anusara tradition with teachers, Desiree Rumbaugh, Christina Sell, Elena Browner, Amy Ippoliti, Moses Brown, Bita Jenkins, and Douglas Brooks, she eventually started teaching others to teach. Suzanne encourages her students to have fun, relax, and enjoy the splendid journey that yoga offers them both on their mats and in their lives. More recently, Suzanne has studied under Cate Stillman offering yoga & Ayurveda health coaching as a way to collaborate with clients who wish to feel more connected to life, honor their true nature, and reclaim their health. She continues to find more joy in her life since discovering Yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda and sharing it with others.
Brienne Diebolt-Brown, E-RYT 500, began teaching Yoga in 1995 while working in management at a high-pressure geopolitics firm. Yoga was her escape valve, and it was such a revelation that she decided to train under some of the best teachers in the world. She studied Ashtanga with Sharon Moon, David & Doug Swenson, Mark Darby, Mary Flinn, and Manju & Patabhi Jois. She studied vinyasa yoga under Baron Baptiste and Seane Corn, and Anusara yoga under Christina Sell and Desiree Rumbaugh. As her practice mellowed and expanded, she studied Pralaya yoga under Robert Boustany, Raja yoga with Charles MacInerney, Cardiac yoga with M. Mala Cunnigham, Ph.D. and Iyengar yoga with Cathy Wright. As her family grew, she studied prenatal yoga with Leslie Lytle, Ph. D. and postnatal yoga with Delora Frederickson. She flows easily among these yoga traditions depending upon the needs and desires of her students. Currently, Brienne is a health education professor at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater specializing in yoga, meditation, and stress reduction. She also teaches popular weekly classes for senior citizens in Whitewater.
