Vacation Details

This 10-night / 11 day retreat adventure to Thailand blends cultural exploration, ancient temples, delicious cuisine, and the restorative rhythm of yoga by the sea.

For the first three days, settle into the vibrant energy of Bangkok as you explore world-renowned temples, glide along historic canals, and discover the former capital of the Siam Kingdom. Then, together we’ll fly south to Krabi (we will tell you what flight to book!) and continue to our retreat home in Koh Lanta, a relaxed and welcoming beachfront sanctuary designed for rest, connection, and daily yoga practice.

Our time together in Koh Lanta is the heart of our retreat.  Our retreat property Is perfectly situated in the very center of Klong Dao and Klong Dao Beach,  one of the most-loved stretches of coastline on the island.

From your room, it’s just a one-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute stroll to the main road, giving you effortless access to cafés, beach bars, shops, massage huts, and the best that Koh Lanta has to offer.

This part of the island is known for its barefoot simplicity… no big hotels, no neon lights, just an easygoing atmosphere, soft sand, and warm, safe, crystal blue waters.  In the evenings, you can wander to one of the many chilled-out beach bars to enjoy the island’s legendary sunsets, a gentle sea breeze, and live acoustic music. Koh Lanta is exceptionally friendly, safe, and welcoming, making it the ideal home for a week of yoga and deep relaxation.
