Kristin Page

Kristin is passionate about living life to the fullest. She hopes to inspires others to live fully and passionately through her teachings of yoga, meditation, and mental health advocacy. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters program in Mental Health Counseling, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with advanced training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and a variety of mindfulness practices. Kristin has experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and presenting problems. She works with individuals, private and public corporations, sports teams, and leads transformational workshops and international yoga and meditation retreats. She was named “Best Yoga Teacher” on the Main Line and is the founder of Dan’s Down Dog and Dash, a local yoga and run community event that raises money for families dealing with cancer. Dan’s Down Dog and Dash has been named one of the top 10 things to do in Philly by Philadelphia Magazine. 

Kristin began her yoga journey when she was 23. She injured her back and a physical therapist suggested she try yoga. After attending her first yoga class, she never looked back. Kristin is a 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She has practiced and studied meditation, including an intensive two year Meditation Teacher Training, with Scott and Nancy McBride of Clearlight Meditation Institute where she is now a faculty member. Kristin works with Minding Your Mind as a Program Facilitator for Mindfulness in schools and workplaces. Kristin has thousands of hours of meditation experience including several long silent retreats. Kristin focuses on her passion for movement, meditation, mental health counseling, and the transformative aspects of these practices.
